NH Parental Bill of Rights

House Bill 10 establishes a new chapter in the state’s education laws, RSA 189-B, called “Parental Bill of Rights.” This applies to all public schools and formalizes the rights that parents have regarding their minor child’s education. Most of these rights already exist elsewhere in the RSAs, federal law, or common law; House Bill 10 consolidates them into a single list.
